Jewelry is not indestructible and needs to be well maintained. Avoid wearing your jewelry during the 5's (Sleep, Shower, Sweat, Swim, & Sprays). If all the guidelines above have been followed to the best of our judgement and a problem is due to defective craftsmanship we will cover the repair or replacement within 30 days. For more information on Jewelry Care, click here.

After 30 days our designers may be able to repair the jewelry for a fee. There is a base Repair and Handling Fee of $15. Items that are broken due to normal wear and tear will be subject to further charges based on each artist.

Simply return it in person or ship to Silverado “Attention: Repairs” with your contact and shipping info.

If you currently have an item out for repair general timeframe is 8–16 weeks. We want to thank you for your patience as your treasures travel to the artist. Your loyalty is greatly appreciated and we are eager to reunite you with your jewelry!
