Special Orders
Each artist is unique in his or her abilities to customize an item – such as modifications to ring size, chain length, or stone choice. These items would be considered a special order and require an upfront payment. All Special Orders are Final Sales and cannot be exchanged.
The general timeframe for a Special Order is 6-12 weeks and we will contact you the day your order arrives. If you do not live locally, shipping is available. All Special Orders will ship directly to Silverado Jewelry Gallery, so we can insure it was fulfilled correctly.
